DSA has several resources for business, including a loan opportunity, 1:1 business coaching, video campaigns, a banner program, and a business watch program hosted in partnership with the City of Stockton.
In collaboration with the DSA, Stockton PD’s Community Service Officer, Andrea Castro, organizes monthly Business Watch Meetings for Downtown business & property owners online via Webex. Stockton PD allows for open discussion and follows up on issues mentioned at previous meetings

The DSA community ambassador services schedule has three shifts each day, with one ambassador on each hospitality service shift. The morning shift is from 7 AM – 3:30 PM; the swing shift is from 5:00 PM – 12:30 AM; and the graveyard shift is from 12:00 AM – 7:30 AM.
The DSA is now offering 1:1, 60-minute business coaching sessions with experienced Economic Development Director, Courtney Wood.

Through SJC ARPA funds, the Downtown Stockton Alliance is offering to reimburse Downtown Stockton businesses for broken window repairs.
To request reimbursement for a Downtown Stockton business/property window repair, please fill out the required information below and attach the required materials.
Eligibility is as follows:
- Only businesses within the Downtown Stockton PBID boundary are eligible for reimbursement.
- Windows must have been repaired on or after January 1st, 2023 to be eligible for reimbursement.
- This program is on a reimbursement basis. Businesses must provide receipt for window repair, and DSA will write a check to the business for the applicable amount.
- Maximum reimbursement amount of $800 per window.
- This program is on a first-come, first-served basis while funding lasts.

The Downtown Stockton Enterprise Loan Fund (DSELF) was established to assist current and prospective downtown business owners with the cost of maintaining their current business or starting a new business.
The DSELF offers loans from $10,000 – $65,000 and may be used for most reasonable business purposes including: Tenant Improvements and Expansion, Operating Capital, Creation of Housing or Mixed-Use Environments, Inventory, Product Development, Marketing and Signage, or Start-up Costs.
