About Full Moon Riders
Since 2015, DSA has hosted a free, casual bike riding event series – Full Moon Riders – in partnership with community bike groups and bike enthusiasts.
Meet new people, enjoy the downtown area, and be active under the full moon!
How It Works
The ride begins and ends at Janet Leigh Plaza (222 N. El Dorado St.) where bike racks are monitored, so riders can enjoy themselves worry-free after their ride. A seasoned local bicyclist leads the group of Riders through the specially-marked route in Downtown Stockton.
Every rider must sign a liability waiver for themselves and any minors accompanying them. All minors must wear helmets.
Registration begins at 5:15 PM; ride starts at 6:00 PM; event ends at 9:00 PM
At each ride, there is a free giveaway item for the first 100 riders!

After The Ride
At 7pm, the Plaza will be filled with vendors, booths, local businesses, and community organizations providing fun Halloween/fall-themed activities and giving away tons of candy and freebies. Enjoy specially-marked downtown restaurant specials and eat outside under the full moon.
At 8pm, stick around for the premiere of our latest episode of Spirits of Downtown: Waterfront Warehouse. In this series, DSA explores possibly-haunted downtown buildings with a paranormal investigation team. Check out all our previous episodes on our YouTube Channel!
