The 9th season of the ArtSplash starts this Friday, May 12, from 5 – 8 pm. See paintings by Saul Cruz, butterfly sculptures by Sander Van de Bor and listen to music by Elazar Abraham and join the drum circle led by Joy Louise Hope at the Mexican Heritage Center, 111 S. Sutter; artwork by Katherine Dukes and Angela Maxson at the Write Place, 343 E. Main; art by Merced Romero Jr, Zoe Rose Walter and Fanhs artists at the Fanhs Filipino Museum, 337 E. Weber with music by “The Zade and Jon Experience” specializing in Jazz.
Art never stops in Stockton. After you show the ArtSplash some love see what is happening at the Yosemite Night Market on Yosemite Street (5 – 8 pm) and the Whimsy Market (in the parking lot behind Black Rabbit, 5 – 9 pm) on the Miracle Mile.
