Their Celebration of Caring Virtual Gala will honor FRRC’s 40 years of service to the community and will also pay tribute to the heroic work of Child Care Providers in San Joaquin County. Stocktonian and winner of America’s Got Talent 2020, Brandon Leake will be recognizing Providers, educators, and those in our county who care for children with an inspirational spoken word performance. This celebration will lift the spirits of all who strengthen the lives and children and families, and will include a prize drawing, entertainers, and guest speakers.
