A low income apartment community in Downtown Stockton with a total of 128 units, all of which are Section 8 assisted living units. Associated Filipino Organizations is also located within Filipino Plaza and offers computer based learning, an after-school program, faith based programs, ESL and citizenship training and more. The center also includes commercial properties, restaurants and office spaces. Rental event space available for any kind of party; includes a kitchen and a stage for entertaining.
