This year, on December 6th, Weber Point Events Center was once again the site of the City of Stockton Annual Christmas Tree Lighting event!

Every year, this event brings together families from all corners of the Stockton community.

I got to experience what it was like.

There were vendors, beautifully lighted Christmas decorations, music, and food for families to enjoy on this crisp, December day.

Santa also made a jolly appearance, providing a fun photo op for kids.

At night, the event was packed with people waiting for the tree to be lit and for the Lynn Hahn Memorial Delta Reflections Lighted Boat Parade to cruise around McLeod Lake in holiday decor fashion.

City officials made speeches highlighting the importance of uniting as a community; the crowd danced and celebrated with joyful holiday spirit.
