Brick & Mortar Entrepreneur Center

Brick & Mortar (B&M) Entrepreneur Center and Venue is a program created and managed by the Downtown Stockton Alliance and funded by a City of Stockton Economic Development Grant. It is located on the first floor of the historic B&M Building at 125 Bridge Place. In addition to hosting events which promote and explore local start-ups and artists, B&M offers basic entrepreneur training through business and financial literacy workshops. Apply to B&M Basic Entrepreneur Workshops

Thank you for your interest in the B&M Basic Entrepreneur & Financial Literacy Program from Centro Community Partners and Downtown Stockton Alliance. The current session is January 26 – March 23, 2017. The 9-week class meets on Thursdays from 4:30 to 7:30 pm at B&M Building, 125 Bridge Place. Rent Brick & Mortar Venue

Brick & Mortar is a community event space and venue available for rent at $250 per day (non-refundable). The fee covers rental of the space as well as any equipment available. If you need to rent equipment from the Downtown Stockton Alliance (DSA) for your event, fill out our Equipment Rental Agreement in addition to this form. Payments may be made online through the DSA website, or by cash or check at the DSA office (see the rental agreement for our payment policy).

Rent DSA Event Equipment

Downtown Stockton Alliance (DSA) provides equipment rental services to the community at reasonable price-points. Equipment is available to the general public, businesses, and non-profit organizations for events within Downtown District. All equipment rentals for events not taking place at Brick & Mortar venue will have an additional flat fee of $75.00 ($50.00 for non-profits) for pick-up/drop-off.
