This historic building offers a variety of spaces for small and large parties. A large, bright ballroom is adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen. The ballroom floor has a unique design incorporating “springs” which creates an effect of floating while dancing. The theater chamber may be set up auditorium style with intimate theater lighting.
The Ballroom accommodates 400 seats (fold out chairs).
The theater accommodates about 300 seats (theater style seating).
Both rental rooms are on upper floors (2nd and 3rd) with an elevator.

Built in 1922, the Manic Lodge is a three story building in the Spanish Revival Style. The architect was Carl Werner, and the builder was Allen McDonald. The elaborate Gothic-influenced plaster design wraps around the recessed entrance and extends upwards toward the huge arched windows. Unlike many historical Stockton buildings, the architecture appears to be unaltered. The building houses an extensive collection of historical books and paintings, some dating back to the 1800’s.
