Food booths will scent the area with flavors of Cajun and French cuisines while live jazz bands will play live on an outdoor stage. Event participants will be able to purchase beads and masks and sip hurricanes in colorful glasses. A variety of strolling entertainment, like jugglers, fortune tellers and musicians, will also add to the festivities.
