CHEFS WHO SHOP AT DOWNTOWN STOCKTON CERTIFIED FARMERS' MARKET

O'Ryleigh's Tavern is a new establishment in Downtown Stockton. Not only do they feature a locally inspired menu, they also feature a locally grown chef Paul Rurup who was born and raised in Stockton. Just recently, he has returned to the Valley after spending a few years as a private chef for a well-known Las Vegas CEO. “It was time for me to come home,” says Rurup. “There is nothing this eclectic in Downtown Stockton. We want to bring better food to this area. Everything we serve is done fresh and made fresh (...) I really believe our food should go from the farm straight to the table, and hopefully we can inspire people to eat better.”
