OUR CERTIFIED PRODUCERS

CHEFS WHO SHOP AT DOWNTOWN STOCKTON CERTIFIED FARMERS' MARKET

Specializing in cooking with San Joaquin Valley produce and meats, Chef Buddy O’Dell from Paragary's Bar and Grill, makes weekly trips to the Market. Curious, creative and excited about international fare, O’Dell frequents the market to pick up exotic produce, which he incorporates into weekend specials at Paragary’s. He has worked closely with market producers to cook traditional Asian vegetables like pumpkin greens and bitter melon and can be seen returning to the restaurant with a bounty of fresh heirloom tomatoes, peppers, corn, nectarines and berries every Friday morning.

You can join Chef Budd O’Dell at monthly cooking demonstrations at the market during the 2nd Fridays.
